A purchase may be returned within 60 days as long as it is still in "sellable condition" which means that the item should be unworn (aside from trying it on), unwashed, and devoid of any stains, scuffs, tears, or strange odors. Returns are credited to the original payment method. Proof of purchase required.
Non-returnable items include: Load-bearing climbing equipment, such as harnesses, carabiners or webbing, gift cards, and food items.
At LO we put a lot of effort into keeping our prices competitive. There are a lot of fellow retailers out there and of course we can’t pay attention to all of their sales and promotions. If you find an identical product in stock on a competitors site and at a lower price, just let us know and we will match it. The item must be IN STOCK at LO and be exactly the same as the item on the site.
We stand behind the products we sell. If there is a problem with an item that you have purchased from us please let us know.
If the problem occurs during the manufacturer’s warranty period and you have purchased the item from us we will process your warranty and cover shipping from LO to the manufacturer or replace the item from stock at our discretion. Labor fees may be charged depending on the scope of the issue.
If you need help with a warranty on an item not purchased from us but made by one of the companies we stock product from, we will be happy to help you through the process for a $15 processing fee and all applicable shipping. Labor associated with warranty issues stemming from purchases NOT made at LO will be charged according to our current service pricing.
There are a few companies who insist on dealing directly with customers and we will get you the appropriate information to ensure you get the best service from them.
